    Hi,
    My name is Sunny I had ordered a Casio watch order id 5709 on 25 may 2016 , my seller "Balaji Shoppe" called me and requested me to pay online and not cod he assured me he will ship it within 1-2 days , so I paid up through my credit card order got placed amount got deducted and I was hoping that he will ship it soon 1 week went by nothing happened I called up gajabo customer service
    At 0 7666 3030 39 listed on their site,to my shock no is already out of service, I mailed gajabo no response I tried calling mailing the seller (Kabir ) Balaji shoppe at balajishoppee@rediffmail.com and mobile 07065367855 at least 50 times uptil now but no response yet they have eaten up my money of 2000 rupees, I have lost my hopes now I have been fraud n looted by a scam called gajabo.com plz stay away

    I had ordered a "Tommy Hilfiger Mens Wallet Combo with Aviator Sunglass & Polo Club Watch" from Gajabo( order no #5329) and paid for the same while shopping through credit card on 15th March 2016. The amount was promptly deducted from my credit card account. However, despite repeated mails, calls there was no communication from Gajabo regarding my product. Every e-mail went without a response. Phone calls was answered once in ten times and the stock reply was the seller is arranging for the product. I finally decided to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel an order on their site. Only way is to send an email or call customer care as informed by the call operator. Again there was no reply from Gajabo confirming the cancellation. My order on the website still lists my order and is not cancelled. As of today, I have neither received my order nor the refund. This site is a total scam to gather money from gullible customers. Their modus operandi is to take the order, your money and become incommunicado. Please DONT buy from Gajabo and educate everyone online from desisting from buying from this fraud portal.

    I had ordered a Adjustable Portable table from Gajabo and paid for the same while shopping through internet banking ( order no #3497). The amount was promptly deducted from my bank account. However, despite repeated mails, calls there was no communication from Gajabo regarding my product. Every e-mail went without a response.     Your order was cancelled and refunded in your bank account as not fulfilled by the seller within next 4 days of order. Please check your account.

    I had ordered MI power bank but fake and duplicate power banks got delivered. Seller says contact gajabo. Gajabo says contact seller. I have written 10 emails called gajabo 10+ times but no definite response. Sometime their server is down sometime their senior is having lunch. After month long struggle, I am told by gajabo that seller is not answering their calls and emails. So how is it my fault and why nooone responds with this answer in the past one month. After my repetitive calls asking about the status, on 9 oct I am told they dont have reverse pick up facility and I have to ship it back (at my cost) and then they would process the refund.

    Now they expect the customer to ship the product at my cost to the seller who is not answering gajabo's multiple requests and then be at gajabo's mercy for the refund of money (which mind you would not include shipping charges).

    So to tell long story short their key features are:
    They dont answer your complaints till you keep sending emails and calls on several occasions;
    They are only an online portal and have few sellers listed who sell fake and duplicate products (I hope not all are selling fake products);
    They dont guarantee whether the product is original;
    They just have sellers listed whom they dont check whether they are authentic or not;
    They dont have reverse pick up.
    They wont refund you money for the shipping of the product back.

    Guys the above stated is a narrative of my experience till now with gajabo. I request everyone to exercise their individual wisdom while shopping here.

    This order is already approved for refund. Until and unless the product is not returned to the seller, the refund can't be processed. For reverse shipping, where ever we don't have a pickup service available, we offer Rs75 as store credit(as mentioned in the refund policy).

    i placed an order for MI Power bank 10400 MAH twin power combo from gijabo.To my surprise both the power banks does not hold charge even charging them continuously for 10 hours.The product shipped is definitely fake / duplicate .This was my first order on this site but unfortunately am feeling cheated.I mailed several mail at< support@gijabo.com> for return but they are not responding. I being a police officer ,am contemplating either taking legal remorse or contacting my fellow police officers in the seller city who shall take them to task. It would be advisable for gijabo to arrange pickup of the fake products through their courier and return my money.

    The refund can't be initiated without return of the product to the seller. And the buyer is not ready to return the product and wants a refund.

    Ordered Emporio Armani AR1410 Black Ceramic Mens Watch on 22/05/2015 but no delivery yet. Asked for refund Rs.5995/- but they have avoided my plea and now I have knocked the door of Consumer Forum. Their support team will make you fool. Always ask for Cash on Delivery, check the product and then pay if you have to buy anything from this e-commerce site.
