I purchased a blackberry bold 4 from their ebay listing. the items was shipped thru bluedart without any casing/covering the item received as the box broken and mobile and battery were damaged. i requested for a replacement but nothing happened. i added a negative feedback to the ebay then the guy from their customer support has contacted and threatened me if i don't remove my bad remark, he will lock the phone. he insisted me to remove the feedback to get replacement. I did the same but he cheated me. i lost money.. never buy from this guys.

Pros: never get trapped in these guys.. u will loose money.. the way they behave to customer is very bad.. they will threaten you.. u must think that it's after you pay them money..

I am very happy since the day i have received it as it was my dream phone. The performance of the iphone is very good and packing was also good. I must say that apple is the best phone ever seen and edealin has done the best job in delivering to a remote location . Everyone should have a iphone, it is complete enjoyment.

I like the way they handled the whole process. I got help from their live chat before ordering and I was kept updated by emails until the item was delivered to me. They also called me when the courier company was not able to find my address. I will buy from edeal again as I have received a 10% discount coupons for my next purchases.
