very good evng to all mouthshut viewers,i like you to inform my shopping experience with adexmart website.i bought one mobile phone called sony xperia tipo on 29/09/2012.i orderd it on 27th only i got my order confirmation call by that peoples and i got it on the very 2nd day itself in morning itself.when i open the package it is packed with untampered bubble wraps and cellotapes.bhagut dhanyavad to the adexmart team to make my first shopping with them as fulfilment.i wont forget that time i got my product.tipo is a budget model from sony xperia which covers android 4.0 version,wi-fi,GPS and 3.2MP camera as well as.it is very good to use and charge back up also very well my only worry is the camera quality i think it is not 3.2MP it should be upgraded and overal my experience with adexmart and product is very good and they made me a joyfull and satisfied customer.

hiiiii i got a micromax modu t in adexmart portal on 14.08.2012..I amazed in the size of that phne which is just bigger than matchbox and it having amazing touch facility which i cant think before i buyed it.Initially i want to appreciate the service from adexmart team peoples for their initiative taken for my order.I called the CCE to make it as soon as poosible for my order.They really response to my words.Finally they sent the product to me which date i xpected it..Coming to the modu t it is good to use but what the drawback is batterylife :(( it is standing for 3-3.5 hours only.And the camera effects is good as much it have 5MP with flash option it is excelent facility in small phone..In this snaptu is working good.truly it is WORLD"S LIGHTEST 3G PHONE ONLY:))

Hello guys,i am Suhan i orderd one samsung galaxy y in the adexmart website which it is on 11-08-12.I informed to the guys who called me for telephonic confirmation clearly it shud b delivered by on 16th of august.Bcos i planned to present it for my friend’s birthday.What an timed service from adexmart peoples that it is deliverd on 16-08-12 itself in new delhi.Really lot of tanx to that guys who makes the delivery as quick to new delhi.My friend got excited when he got that mobile phne.he like that phne very much.And i preferred the adexmart site to my friends.Thanx Guys.....

Hi,I am Debashish from Agra..I order the bsnl penta t pad on 07th of aug 12.I got it on 10th of august itself.i got it in good package and it is covered with bubble covers.I was amazed in the way of delivery time.Courier guy called me before he coming to my place so i arranged the cash to pay for him.bsnl penta t pad is good to use and charge of battery is good.It hast as much of weight comparing to other tablets.The camera quality of the product is little bit poor.And it good for the cost !!..!!

This is the worst online strore I came across. The products are sold at a very price but the support ,service and delivery sucks big time.Add to that the rude arrogant customer care people.I ordered a cell phone and later ordered a capdase cover for it.Its been more than 2 days and the status of my order hasnt changed.When I called up the customer care dept. the guy there named PRABHAKAR answered the call and very rudely said that they will do it when they will work on it,when I asked why wasnt it worked in the last 2 days he said they are not supposed to work on it everyday.He started arguing with me when I asked for the call escalation and disconnected the call.These people dont talk english, they have a very heavy south indian accent which makes it difficult for anyone else to understand,and they dnt even undertsand us.I guess this store is a local store confined to work only in chennai.the other states people just beware of this,becasue if you ever have to deal with customer care dept then its would be a nightmare

I wanted to gift my father with a Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V mobile phone. After a lot of searching online, I found that adexmart had cheaper prices on all electronic goods. The phone i wanted to buy costed Rs. 16475. I was also surprised that a few of the ratings about this vendor suggested that it is not a bad idea to buy from them. Only later I realized that all of the good reviews have been written by the vendor himself or by his staff, to fool buyers! Before I placed the order I had called their customer care asking if the WHITE colored Neo V handset was really available, since all the colors showed available on their website. The lady told me "Of course yes sir, if it shows available on the website, it has to be! You can place the order". I was assured and I went ahead like a fool! While placing the order there is no option to select the color. I should have been alarmed here. But I chose to trust them. Their website was so slow that while processing my credit card, I was really nervous!! Later I called and asked the lady about the handset color, she said the white colored handset would be sent to me, and I only needed to leave a note within my order. I did as she said. My order was generated with an order number. I even received an email the next day saying I the mobile phone would be delivered to my father between 4 to 7 days. This seemed pretty professional and I hoped for the best and waited anxiously. Later I came across some very negative comments about the vendor, but I chose to ignore them and trust Adexmart. On the 6th day I saw that there was no update on the status of my order on their website! I called them. The lady said the white handset was not in stock and they were waiting!!!! She said they would send it within 2 days. I was shocked since I had confirmed this before I placed the order. When i asked the lady she had no answer. She was in a hurry to cut my call. I waited for 2 more days. I called them, they said still no stock, asked me to wait for 2 more days. It was a weekend after that. I wanted for 4 days. it had been 2 weeks since I had placed the order and there was no progress at all!! I was scared i would lose the 16475/- completely if I did not do anything. I read through the reviews again and found that they had cheated people like this many times in the past. I called again and asked if they had the handset at all (in any color). The lady said only blue sir. Blue is the cheapest version of the handset in the market. But I was very scared of losing all my money to them. I asked if she would dispatch the handset immediately if I modified my order. She said she would. I said "Fine! Send Blue!" She promised I would receive a confirmation with courier details within evening. I waited, did not receive anything all day. i called back the next day. She said the courier was already sent and I would surely receive the details on the same day. I waited, nothing that day too. The next day happened to be a national holiday. So on the 4th day I called she said she would sent the confirmation on that day in the afternoon. She finally did. I was relieved. I received the mobile after 3 more days (after waiting for about 3 weeks totally). I wanted to gift my father a white colored handset I had to compromise with the blue one! Plus I wnet through this sickening and disgusting ordeal, courtesy Adexmart. My sincere suggestion: Don't even think of buying anything from them! Even if you receive the product in any form, like I did, the money you save is not worth the amount of anxiety and tension they put you through!

Pros: None! This website is hell. It is a shopping nightmare!
Cons: You are not even guaranteed of receiving the product!
